Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
If you’re not 100% happy with an artwork you received please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally within 21 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Color consistency

Whilst we take every step to minimise colour variations, in some cases colour variations may occur. Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. We have set colour variation tolerances within our network and as such, colour variations within those tolerances cannot by covered under our quality guarantee. Please contact us if you identify any colour variations and we will do everything we can to help you.

Defective or damaged products

From time to time items may be damaged in transit, or you may identify a fault with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt and we will do everything we can to help you.

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please Contact Us within 21 days from the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

Please make every effort to provide the correct address at the point of order. If you provide a wrong address, please Contact Us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, if the address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive your order at the nominated address, the carrier may notify you that your order is available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. Please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to help you.
